Danny Parker has served as Chief  Administrative Office for  Vendture LLC, a maker of hot  food vending machines. He  previously served as CFO and  General Counsel for Swipe and  Spen Grove Capital Group, ATM  management firms. He has  worked in legal, financial and  strategic planning capacities for  law firms, startups, construction  material firms, music firms, and  professional athletes. Mr. Parker  is member of the California Bar, and holds Industrial Engineering,  MBA, and Law degrees from  Stanford.
